Minimum rental period is 3 days. Please note that Hale Honua Lani is a No-Smoking, No-Pets residence. Thank You.

The standard Hawaiian hotel & state taxes of 12.4% will be added to the above rates; along with an $100.00 outcleaning fee and a security deposit of $800.00 that will be returned in full, unless extraordinary cleaning or maintenance is necessary.

50% of above fees will secure your reservation.  Balance is due 30 days before arrival. In case of reservation cancellation during final 60 days, all fees collected will be returned to you, less a $200.00 cancellation fee, provided we book the same time period to another party.

All rates are subject to change without notice, until a firm reservation with deposit has been confirmed.
