&descText= Located on Kauai's south shore in Hanapepe Bay, Port Allen Harbor was completed around 1936. The project was the second deep-draft harbor constructed on Kauai by the Army Corps of Engineers. There is a small plane airport nearby, as well as the quaint little town of Hanapepe.&
